i thought it'd be fun to surprise jeff with a trip to vegas for his 39th birthday. (i wrapped the plane tickets). i could tell he really was surprised because he was acting like such a duh.
we stayed at the mgm grand and went to see KA (the newest cirque du soleil). it was the most awesome thing jeff and i had ever seen.
we found this elvis statue. anyone who knows me knows how much i "love" elvis.
they had this cool lions den in the hotel. you could walk under a glass ceiling and see them sleeping.
here is a picture we took of ourselves sitting on the window seat.
when we drove up, chayden and wesley made us this sign (all by themselves). wasn't that sweet? it made it even more exciting to come home.
thanks to mom for watching my boys. it's so nice to go and not worry.

How fun! Nate and I saw KA as well and loved it too! I can't believe the things people can do- it's amazing...

haha, if i didn't know jeff very well i'd think he sounded kind of mad at first instead of confused.
glad you finally got to surprise him after almost 15 years of marriage! i'll bet he tries to "one-up" you soon!
LOL. that is so cute. He was totally surprised. haha. Ya if you didn't know Jeff, you would think maybe he was kinda pissed about it. ;) That's such a fun gift! You put a lot of thought and planning into that one! So SWEET!
